within 24 hours. (Update note: This policy on pricing may
have to change soon. It is getting impossible to calculate
accurate shipping on everything. Also, to save money on
warehousing, some of our products are dropshipped directly from the
supplier, and we have to honor whatever shipping costs they impose.)

Important Note: Starting January 1, 2009, we will be raising
our shipping rates. Even the smallest, lightest packages have
been costing us over $5 to ship by the time we add Delivery
Confirmation and tracking numbers. We are going to have to
raise our rate for shipping and handling to a flat rate of $8 on that
date.
We will try to maintain that as long as we can, but due to the varying weights and sizes of the products we sell, it is becoming more difficult to find a good median shipping rate for all products. The possibility exists that we may have to start charging shipping on all products, but we will try to avoid that, if at all possible. We will always have the best customer service you will find anywhere. First, we email you to thank you for your order, confirm that we have everything in stock, and let you know when it will ship (almost always within 24 hours). Then, after it has shipped, we email you again, to let you know what service we used, give you a tracking number, and in some cases, even the size and weight of the package. We won't bother you after that unless you sign up for our mailing list, and even then, it will only be about once a month, to let you know about special sales, or new products.
